Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing via Contact Us. Full refunds minus a $25 administrative fee will be granted only on cancellations received at least forty-five (45) business days prior to the start of the conference. Fifty percent refund will be granted on cancellations received forty-five (45) – fourteen (14) business days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be granted after that date. Registration can be transferred to another individual from the same company without penalty at any time prior to the first day of the conference.
