Dr. Steadham joined Transamerica in 2002 as a Training Coordinator and earned the FLMI and FLHC designations. Over the next several years, he advanced in various specialist and lead roles within human resources management. While in human resources, Dr. Steadham led the establishment of training and development programs, coaching services, integration of educational technologies, and change management initiatives in talent development.
He is currently in the Underwriting Department where he manages training, development, and communications. Prior to Transamerica, he was an employee relations and staffing consultant within the government sector.
Dr. Steadham possesses several talent management certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, and Professional Certified Coach. He received a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University, an MBA in HR Management from the University of Dallas, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Dr. Steadham is also an adjunct faculty member at several universities such as Colorado State University and The University of Texas at Dallas. He resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
